The IMX300 is a 24.77-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 5984 × 4140 pixel array with a 1.08 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.859 mm diagonal with a 1496:1035 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.08 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
