The IMX316 (ToF) is a 0.05-megapixel monochrome CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 244 × 185 pixel array with a 10 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.062 mm diagonal with a 244:185 aspect ratio. With 10 µm pixels, the sensor features large pixels optimised for high sensitivity and dynamic range in low-light and scientific applications.
