The IMX323 is a 2.19-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 1985 × 1105 pixel array with a 2.8 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.361 mm diagonal with a 397:221 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 2.8 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
