The IMX324 is a 7.42-megapixel RCCC image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 3849 × 1929 pixel array with a 2.25 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.687 mm diagonal with a 1283:643 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 2.25 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
