The IMX459 (ToF) is a 0.10-megapixel monochrome CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 597 × 168 pixel array with a 10.08 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.251 mm diagonal with a 8.330555556 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 10.08 µm pixels, the sensor features large pixels optimised for high sensitivity and dynamic range in low-light and scientific applications.
