The IMX531 (Pregius S 4. Gen) is a 20.36-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 4512 × 4512 pixel array with a 2.74 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 17.484 mm diagonal with a 0.042361111 aspect ratio, corresponding to the 1-inch optical class used in industrial and broadcast cameras. With 2.74 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
