The IMX540 (Pregius S 4. Gen) is a 24.55-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 5328 × 4608 pixel array with a 2.74 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 19.301 mm diagonal with a 1.563888889 aspect ratio, corresponding to the 1-inch optical class used in industrial and broadcast cameras. With 2.74 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
