The IMX568 (Pregius S 4. Gen) is a 5.10-megapixel monochrome CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 2472 × 2064 pixel array with a 2.74 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 8.824 mm diagonal with a 103:86 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 2.74 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
