The IMX663 is a 12.16-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 4032 × 3016 pixel array with a 1.22 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.143 mm diagonal with a 504:377 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.22 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
