The IMX991 (SenSWIR) is a 0.34-megapixel VS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 656 × 520 pixel array with a 5 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 4.185 mm diagonal with a 82:65 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules.
