The Emerald 10M is a 10.08-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by Teledyne e2v. It delivers a 4096 × 2460 pixel array with a 2.8 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 13.378 mm diagonal with a 1024:615 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 2.8 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
