The T4K28 is a 1.92-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Toshiba Corporation. It delivers a 1600 × 1200 pixel array with a 1.75 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.5 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio. With 1.75 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
