The T4KC3 is a 16.05-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Toshiba Corporation. It delivers a 4624 × 3472 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.476 mm diagonal with a 289:217 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
