The HM8030-AGA (RW) is a 8.17-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Himax Technologies. It delivers a 3296 × 2480 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.775 mm diagonal with a 206:155 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
