The HMD131-AGA (RW) is a 13.38-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Himax Technologies. It delivers a 4224 × 3168 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.914 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
