The OV13870 is a 13.25-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Technologies. It delivers a 4224 × 3136 pixel array with a 1.25 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.576 mm diagonal with a 2.784027778 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.25 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
