The OV64A PureCel Plus-S is a 64.22-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Technologies. It delivers a 9248 × 6944 pixel array with a 1.008 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 11.657 mm diagonal with a 289:217 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 1.008 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
