The OV7675 OmniPixel 3-HS is a 0.31-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Technologies. It delivers a 640 × 480 pixel array with a 2.5 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 2 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio. With 2.5 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
