The ARX3A0 is a 0.31-megapixel NIR image sensor manufactured by On Semi. It delivers a 560 × 560 pixel array with a 2.2 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 1.742 mm diagonal with a 0.042361111 aspect ratio. With 2.2 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
