The MT9D015 is a 1.94-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 1608 × 1208 pixel array with a 1.75 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.52 mm diagonal with a 201:151 aspect ratio. With 1.75 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
