The MT9M015 is a 1.33-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 1288 × 1032 pixel array with a 2.2 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.631 mm diagonal with a 161:129 aspect ratio. With 2.2 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
