The MT9P015 is a 5.04-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 2592 × 1944 pixel array with a 1.75 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.67 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 1.75 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
