The MT9V111 is a 0.31-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 640 × 480 pixel array with a 5.6 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 4.48 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 5.6 µm pixels, the sensor features mid-range pixel pitch balancing sensitivity and resolution for industrial inspection and machine vision.
