The MT9V115 is a 0.31-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 640 × 480 pixel array with a 1.75 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 1.4 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio. With 1.75 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
