The MT9V124 is a 0.32-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 648 × 488 pixel array with a 1.75 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 1.42 mm diagonal with a 81:61 aspect ratio. With 1.75 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
