The MT9V126 is a 0.35-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 680 × 512 pixel array with a 5.6 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 4.767 mm diagonal with a 85:64 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 5.6 µm pixels, the sensor features mid-range pixel pitch balancing sensitivity and resolution for industrial inspection and machine vision.
