The PV3209 is a 2.10-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Pixelplus. It delivers a 1928 × 1088 pixel array with a 2.8 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.199 mm diagonal with a 241:136 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 2.8 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
