The PAS5120 is a 0.94-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by PrimeSensor (PixArt). It delivers a 1296 × 724 pixel array with a 3 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 4.454 mm diagonal with a 324:181 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 3 µm pixels, the sensor features compact pixel pitch suited for high-resolution imaging in space-constrained camera designs.
