The FPA320x256-C is a 0.08-megapixel stacked CMOS image sensor manufactured by Chunghwa. It delivers a 320 × 240 pixel array with a 30 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 12 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 30 µm pixels, the sensor features large pixels optimised for high sensitivity and dynamic range in low-light and scientific applications.
