The ISOCELL 3H2 is a 7.99-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 3264 × 2448 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.712 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
