The ISOCELL 3P8 is a 16.18-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 4640 × 3488 pixel array with a 1 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.805 mm diagonal with a 145:109 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 1 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
