The ISOCELL 8AA is a 1.23-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 1280 × 960 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 2.24 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
