The ISOCELL GM5 is a 48.77-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 8064 × 6048 pixel array with a 0.7 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.056 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 0.7 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
