The ISOCELL JN1 is a 50.14-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 8160 × 6144 pixel array with a 0.64 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.537 mm diagonal with a 85:64 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 0.64 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
