The SR300PC20 is a 3.15-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Siliconfile Technologies lnc.. It delivers a 2048 × 1536 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.584 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
