The ICX089 is a 0.42-megapixel YMCG image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 724 × 582 pixel array with a 5.15 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 4.624 mm diagonal with a 18643:13677 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules.
