The ICX423 is a 0.44-megapixel monochrome CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 752 × 582 pixel array with a 11.6 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 10.89 mm diagonal with a 2726:2037 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras.
