The IMX050 is a 10.34-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 3720 × 2780 pixel array with a 1.65 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.663 mm diagonal with a 186:139 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.65 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
