The IMX169 is a 13.19-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 4216 × 3128 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.35 mm diagonal with a 1.307638889 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
