The T4KA7 is a 20.20-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Toshiba Corporation. It delivers a 5384 × 3752 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.35 mm diagonal with a 673:469 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
