The IMX519 is a 16.28-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 4656 × 3496 pixel array with a 1.22 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.103 mm diagonal with a 582:437 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.22 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
