The IMX650 is a 39.92-megapixel RCCB image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 7296 × 5472 pixel array with a 1 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.12 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 1 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
