The OV48C PureCel Plus-SHDR is a 48.77-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Technologies. It delivers a 8064 × 6048 pixel array with a 1.197 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 12.066 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 1.197 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
