The ISOCELL HMX is a 108.58-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 12032 × 9024 pixel array with a 0.8 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 12.032 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 0.8 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
