The ISOCELL 5F1 is a 5.76-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 2400 × 2400 pixel array with a 1 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.394 mm diagonal with a 0.042361111 aspect ratio. With 1 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
