The ISOCELL 6D1 is a 3.69-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 2560 × 1440 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 3.29 mm diagonal with a 0.672916667 aspect ratio. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
