The ISOCELL GH1 is a 43.66-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 7968 × 5480 pixel array with a 0.7 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 6.769 mm diagonal with a 996:685 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 0.7 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
