The ISOCELL JD1 is a 32.28-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 6560 × 4920 pixel array with a 0.7 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 5.74 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, in the 1/4-inch class found in compact embedded vision modules. With 0.7 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
