The IMX347 is a 4.17-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 2712 × 1536 pixel array with a 2.9 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.039 mm diagonal with a 113:64 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 2.9 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
