The ICX452 is a 5.13-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 2616 × 1960 pixel array with a 2.775 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.071 mm diagonal with a 327:245 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 2.775 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
